David’s law career began when he graduated at the top of his class at St. John’s University School of Law. Afterwards, he worked with Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Nixon Peabody, two of the world’s top law firms that charged him to work on some of the world’s most complex commercial litigation cases.  During that time, he learned about the law from the world’s elite litigators, allowing him to perfect his advocacy skills.

Later, David was a Partner in the personal injury department at Spar & Bernstein, a famous and busy downtown New York City law firm, where he personally represented individuals who were seriously injured in construction accidents, car accidents, trip and fall accidents, premises cases, and wrongful death actions.

Eventually, David decided to leave Spar & Bernstein to join forces with Moshe to create Levy & Borukh, PLLC, a powerhouse personal injury law firm. Since leaving, David and Moshe have continued to build their brand by cementing their names among the elite law firms in New York and New Jersey. Levy & Borukh, PLLC has a simple philosophy: we provide aggressive and effective legal representation for all our clients, and the results we achieve consistently exceed expectations.

In addition to having a thriving and growing Plaintiff’s side practice, Levy & Borukh, PLLC is proud to serve as outside counsel for American Transit Insurance Company, the largest provider and underwriter of comprehensive insurance coverage for New York City’s taxi fleets, owner/drivers and individual owner/designated drivers. Primarily representing the interests of American Transit Insurance Company’s insureds by providing legal defenses for property damage, personal injuries, and uninsured/underinsured motorists.

David is an aggressive trial attorney who strives to provide excellent legal representation for all of his clients. David builds unique relationships with each of his clients and handles every case from inception to conclusion. Moshe began his career as a mass-tort specialist, litigating cases against some of the biggest drug manufacturers in the world, including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Merck & Co. He assisted in securing some of the largest settlements and verdicts in the entire Country.

After his experience litigating mass tort cases, Moshe was the managing attorney at Spar & Bernstein, P.C. where he used his extensive personal injury experience to build a multi-million-dollar personal injury practice. When he began working at Spar & Bernstein, P.C. he was just an Associate with 20 other attorneys. In just two years, Moshe was made Partner and brought in more money for the firm than any other Associate in the office.

Eileen brings a wealth of experience as a paralegal from her time at William Schwitzer and Associates, where she gained extensive knowledge of personal injury law. Holding a bachelor’s degree in law and society from John Jay College and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate with high honors, she is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the legal field. Driven by her aspirations to become an attorney and deepen her understanding of the litigation process, Eileen made the decision to join Levy & Borukh, PLLC.

Since joining, she has excelled as a senior litigation paralegal, overseeing the day-to-day management of cases. Eileen adeptly handles tasks such as opening claims with insurance companies, skillfully drafting and filing legal documents, and providing guidance to clients throughout the litigation process. AnaMaria is one of the paralegals at Levy & Borukh, PLLC.
