David’s law career began when he graduated at the top of his class at St. John’s University School of Law. Afterwards, he worked with Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Nixon Peabody, two of the world’s top law firms that charged him to work on some of the world’s most complex commercial litigation cases.  During that time, he learned about the law from the world’s elite litigators, allowing him to perfect his advocacy skills.

Later, David was a Partner in the personal injury department at Spar & Bernstein, a famous and busy downtown New York City law firm, where he personally represented individuals who were seriously injured in construction accidents, car accidents, trip and fall accidents, premises cases, and wrongful death actions.

Eventually, David decided to leave Spar & Bernstein to join forces with Moshe to create Levy & Borukh, PLLC, a powerhouse personal injury law firm. In just two years, Moshe was made Partner and brought in more money for the firm than any other Associate in the office.

Since joining, she has excelled as a senior litigation paralegal, overseeing the day-to-day management of cases. Eileen adeptly handles tasks such as opening claims with insurance companies, skillfully drafting and filing legal documents, and providing guidance to clients throughout the litigation process. Gabriella Vallecillo is a Paralegal and Case Manager at Levy & Borukh Law with comprehensive experience in personal injury matters, including case intake and evaluation, pre-suit development, litigation coordination, client communications, and file management from inception through resolution. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear, compassionate communication with clients at every stage of the legal process.

In addition to her legal background, Gabriella has experience in filmmaking and cinematography, which enhances her analytical skills, visual awareness, and ability to manage complex information with precision. Her combined legal and creative expertise allows her to bring a focused, detail-driven, and dynamic perspective to the firm.

Naomi has over ten years of experience as a tax preparer and immigration paralegal and currently serves as a Legal Assistant at Levy Borukh Law. She brings a strong background in regulatory compliance, document preparation, and client support, with extensive experience assisting individuals and families in complex tax and immigration matters. In her current role, she supports attorneys with case management, legal documentation, and client communications, contributing to the efficient and professional handling of each matter.

Kate Moronta is our leading (Medical Liaison / Medical Coordinator ) her job is to connect our clients with the correct Medical facility so they can establish treatment at a secure and professional location with the best doctors available. Her job is to assist in any and all treatment related occurrences for our law office, with her support your case and your health will be greatly rewarded. She is a great asset to the team and a key part of every case.

Edili is a hard worker. Her attention to detail never goes unnoticed and is a value to our team. As a legal assistant her responsibility includes client relations as well as opening claims and policy limits Her support for everyday task allows us to settle and provide the outcome we are always looking for. Her main focus is helping the paralegals with the nitty and gritty of every case feel free to refer to her for all of your concerns.

Grisel embarked on her legal career in 2023 and, over the past three years, has gained extensive experience across a range of practice areas, particularly in immigration law and family law. Working in a dynamic law firm, she has honed her skills in legal research, document preparation, and client communications. Grisel has played a key role in assisting attorneys with the preparation and filing of immigration petitions and other essential legal documents. She is adept at using various legal software applications and has earned recognition for her outstanding support. Grisel holds a bachelor’s degree from York College. A fun fact about her is that she was born and raised in Queens and Long Island, NY. Since 2024, she has also served as an active notary. Outside of her professional life, Grisel enjoys lake watching, with Lake George being her favorite camping spot. She is eager to broaden her legal knowledge and is enthusiastic about excelling in all tasks ahead while advancing her legal studies. Grisel is looking forward to joining the Levy Borukh team and contributing to its success.

Diana Molina is a Legal Assistant at Levy Borukh Law; she brings valuable customer experience to the firm specializing in providing assistance to our attorneys by managing their court schedules, as well as notifying clients of any appointments. She is responsible for meeting clients as soon as they walk in as she is the first person they see and hear when entering or calling the office.
